Hosting Terms Explained
POP
Stands for Post Office Protocol and means that this type of account has a server space quota on the mailserver and can be accessed with e-mail software e.g. Outlook, Eudora etc.
Alias
This type of e-mail account that does not have any space on the mailserver and only performs the function of redirecting/forwarding mail from it onto another POP e-mail account (or multiple POP accounts), where the redirected message can be saved for the POP user(s). A popular way to use Aliases with e-mail is creating a "sales@" alias account and redirect it onto all of the company's Sale's team members.

This means if you contact us via our email service we can establish email accounts, install/uninstall particular services such as FrontPage and so much more. All instantaneously 24 hours a day once we receive your email, and if you prefer over the phone this can be done between 9am and 5:30pm weekdays and 9am to 3:30pm Saturdays.
