How are our prices lower than the major companies?

- Our pricing may be lower than the major domain companies but that does not mean lower service, in fact the opposite. Our service standards are top priority both for the level of personalised service you receive and the standards of service, efficiency and reliability of your domain name registration(s).
- The system we use is set up to minimise costs to you our valued clients.
How efficient are we?
- Domain Name Registration and Renewal is quick and automated to the extent once a domain registration request is made it will take usually only one hour depending on approval and eligibility of that domain and at the most it will take 24 hours.
- Our registration and renewal hours via telephone are 9am - 5pm everyday with weekend orders approved by Monday morning due to eligibility checks allowing you a greater flexibility of when you want to register a domain name.

"Parking" Your Domain
"Parking" your domain is like parking your car in the garage, it sits there until your ready to use it. This means you can register your domain with us then free of charge have that domain sitting there ready for you when you want it allowing you the flexibility to secure your domain but not have to rush in to hosting a website on it.
Moving your domain
If you wish to only register your domain name with us, you can then move that domain to your preferred ISP free of charge.
Domain Renewal
If you would like to move your existing domain to us. You can transfer the domain to us before your domain is up for renewal free of charge. This process generally takes three days for the transfer to be affected.
Renewal Notification
If you are with us for your domain name, one month before your renewal date is due we will send you a courtesy notice via your preferred contact method advising you that your domain will be shortly up for renewal. If you then decide to renew with us, regardless whether you host with us or not there is no other charge but the domain registration fee.
If at the end of your domain registration period you decide to cancel your domain with us there is no cancellation charge whether you discontinue your domain or choose to transfer to another ISP.
